Lost in a field with Honey

 Hello all (you look lovely)

 As the title of this post suggests I spent a lot of the afternoon stumbling from muddy field to muddy field and for a portion of the adventure it rained. I didn't take a raincoat. I maybe a tad slow sometimes.

 Just finished season 3 of Stranger Things.

 Hamstring update - Muddy walk and bike ride may have done more damage than good.

Torn hammy part 2

 Hello all

 Yep its torn!! It may have been the cycle ride or the very long (barely a mile), dog walk that has persuaded me that for now that particular hamstring is done (skipping's a young guy's game and I was a fool to think I could still play).

 We're about to have another crack at getting this guy published - more rather splendid colours by the terribly talented Sean Callahan.

Blowing a Hooley

 Evening all

 I stupidly went out cycling this morning as I needed some sweeties and met the slightly forceful winds of storm Ciara. I left the house and was promptly blown into a hedge!!!

 Finally met K's ex today.
