Beyond annoyed!

  Morning all!

 So, I woke up to discover that PayPal had found against me!! Even though I did the work had zoom meetings with the client and I had nothing to do with the payment mix up! So, I'm not very happy with PayPal or the client (he received an angry email this morning).

 The utterly wonderful K has taken the ginger spice out for her Sat' beach wander so I'm assuming mayhem will ensue. Hopefully it'll be a quiet day pottering with the ever so lovely lass and doodling.

 The below is just because I love screen grabs.

 Had a delightful evening last night, log fire, burger and fries, interesting movie and of course my enchanting K (oh and a quick zoom meeting to confirm I had a new comic gig).

 It looks like another bright and sunny day out but I think I'll stay indoors and doodle.

Funky Tuesday

  Afternoon all.

 So it's been an up and down day so far, knee pain, fun wander with ginger spice, horrid drawing issue with a panel and a slight argument with the beautiful K about a panel.

 I'm now about to doodle up the next page which I think is the last one in this sequence (yay).

Lovely Monday

  Hello all

 I saw Honey stand on her back legs this morning in the hope of getting a look at her mate Snoops. I pointed out to her that she'd been limping earlier! Furry rotter.

 Utterly splendid afternoon spent with the ever so delightful K. 

 I'm off to finish pencilling today's page and then possibly cycle down to the local co-op.

Monday and it rained.

 Hello all

 Had a splendid wander with the hooch this morning and it was in the rain (of course I was still in shorts and wellies), love a spot of rain when out for morning wanders.

 The amazing K is staying up with her new writers group and is once again terribly excited and nervous so to offset that she's made a fire! Slice is writing a diss track?

 I'm off to eat minstrels and sleep.

 Can I just give a huge shout out to the ever so delightful K. She has put together an online group for writers and last night/early morning was its first meeting and apparently it was a success! So a big YAY to the lady k.

 So this is the drawing I did yesterday and probably ruined by adding a bit of a wash to it. I'll let you decide.

Afternoon spent doodling Hellboy

  Hello all

 It's been a splendid day involving Hellboy, drawing and inking, bike rides, and laughing at the beautiful K!

 I guess I ruined it at the end but it was good fun while I was doing it. Note to self never do an ink wash over my fav' pens as they aren't waterproof!!!

 Queen was Buried today but I hope everyone has had a day unlike Gams.

  Evening all

 So I have two evenings to go before the amazing K returns. I've tried explaining to the ginger gal whats happening but I'm pretty sure she doesn't understand me, although her tail wags.

 Part of a page that I worked on today.

 Both my Dad and Sis completed the Grassmere fell run. I'm very proud of them both and if I knew how to get a video to work on this site I'd upload them finishing!

 I'm watching the 99 with a happy Honey (she has a chew stick hence the happiness).

 I've spent the day working on one side of a double page spread and it looks okay. The below image is one of the panels from it and I'm pleased with it.

 The rather wonderful K is locked into an edit to the death, so I'll leave her alone today.

 I'm just back from a lovely stroll with H-Bomb. We didn't see anyone which was a shame but it was a lot cooler and we had a little bit of rain.

 The ever so lovely K has put her eldest on a plane home and has now ambled off to bed. Miss the stinker, sigh.

 Crikey it's hot! My girlfriend is still in America, I have a mate glamping, and the almost mythical Calvine UFO photo has finally been released/unearthed! Also Honey and I aren't loving all this heat.

 Sorry for the lack of updates recently but its sooo hot.

Uh oh

  Hello all

 I'm chatting to the glorious K about (amongst other things), the netflix adaptaition of The Sandman and how a rather loose comment has caused me a whole bunch of pain!! (in an art way)

 I'm loving the Sandman by the way.

 I think the H-Bomb and I will go for a stroll in a little while as she's looking bored.

First page of a new comic

  Hello all.

 So this is the first page of a new gig and it's quite exciting to be moving forward!

 The thumb is now finally healing and I was able to work all day yesterday (stinky thumb), I'll be starting later on today.

 Great wander with the beast this morning.

 The beautiful K is STILL working on the Abyssal cover.

Its a rainy day

 Hello all!

So its raining but the good news is that I have walked the dog and remembered to put out the bin. Yep I'm a rock-star.

The kickstarter is going terribly which is a shame as the ever so beautiful K was quite excited to take a more active role in the team this time. The below doodle is a panel taken from the upcoming Abyssal Albion #3 - if indeed it ever gets made.

I may have a new comic to draw, a sci fi adventure which sounds a great deal of fun.

Right I'm off to finish up a client doodle.

We fond K's Kindle!

  After three days of looking everywhere it turned out it was in her bedside drawers!

 I'm still in bed and the aches and pains are increasing! I'm bored with being ill.

 after breaking my front axle 'fixing' my wheel. I should never be left to my own devices when it comes to repairs or anything of a machanical nature.

Met another pupper called Nell

 Kim and Alice are still down with covid (stinky covid). Honey and I met a lovely couple with a bonkers 9 month old springer called Nell, Honey loved her.
