So I'm off to a Lovecraft Fest?

  Hello All.

 Yep you read the title correctly.  My far better half has conned me into going to sell my wares at a horror festival somewhere. I'm currently sketching out ideas in my sketchpad while I wait urgent bike repairs that will get me both new paper and photocopies. I'm trying to incorperate my murder mystery at a haunted manor into the whole thing. Who knows but I'm aware I won't sell anything but it'll be a fun experience as I'll be with my wonderful K.

Still not great (boo)

  Morning all.

 So  I'm in pain everywhere and I kept my darling K awake with my relentless coughing last night. As an apology I got up and took the furry hooligan out for a wander while my K got some much needed sleep.

 So the ginger stinker and I went for a short walk as she began limping again last night. LFC (the mighty) lost to the scum last night which was distressing to say the least.

 I took this for a client yesterday.

A short walk this morning (boo)

  Morning all.

 As Honey has hurt her paw (didn't stop her from chasing a rabbit this morning) we just wandered round the field outside the house. I've climbed back into bed and the ginger loon is getting involved in early morning adventures with her mam.

 I have to try and doodle a background this morning and see if it looks good. grumble grumble.

  Hello all.

 It was a dog walk for the ages, we haven't seen the naughty boys for weeks and with Honey on a slightly restricted walking routine I didn't think we would. But then emerging from the frosty mist barking like the world was on fire her two lunatic mates hurtled into view, it was a splendid reunion.

 Oh and we met snoops.

 I need to point out that my darling K did the grey tones for the last couple of posts. She sprinkles a whole bunch of magic dust on my grotty inks. She pulled the whole project together, she's terribly talented and ever so pretty.

A day full of drawing

 I spent an hour or so drawing a dragon this evening and trying to make some headway with another page.

 I met the ever so glam K at the church and went for a dog wander and to get some wood.

 Hmm, just finished one of last nights doodles (I drew it watching a Frazier DVD), and I have to say I quite like it (I'm not loving the cover that I'm supposed to be working on).

 Watched the latest Grand Tour episode last night and I have to say I laughed several times but it was a tad too long. I may stick another one of the specials on today and try and break the cycle of watching the Murdock Mysteries (on youtube). I do love the MM though.

LFC vs Brentford

  Morning all.

 After the news that Klopp was leaving I've found my interest waning in the season, also the proposed blue card to be used for a 10 minute time out in the sin bin which may work in rugby but makes me hate the powers that be in footy. I'm not sure what the game is coming to but I may not stick around to find out.

 I'll be checking on some cover work today, the client likes what I've done so far so it's just a case of adding people and little details so that it's all buttoned up for Monday and the clients final check. I'll then turn my attention to adding missing panels and changing certain things in the comic to get that finished for the end of the week and get it off my plate.

Sat morning dog walk

  Morning all.

 So instead of my usual relaxed approach to Sat I found myself cast out into the muddy fields with an excitable Honey. We had a glorious wander in the sunshine but met no one although we enquired about some chicken, the comic shop and if my little sis had finally tracked down an inner tube.

 I had a blast doodling this next sequence of drawings. Anyway here's #1.

It's so bright

  Hello all.

 I had a splendid stroll round the waterlogged fields this morning with M and A, Honey did well and didn't attack the small bundle of springer joy that is A. M is looking forward to his promotion but I think may need to read up on the laws before starting. Affray indeed, utter tosh.

 We even met a new dog who ran up to the ginger beast and wanted to play and game of chase and barking ensued, nice to see her with a new dog and have fun.
