A quiet day ..

.. filled with dog wanders, escaped dog, dog vomit, photo of a cat bum, the realisation that I'm not double jointed and a bit thick and that the opening to Sex Education season 2 is rather fantastic.

 Oh and a lot of drawing was done!

Almost out of crisps!!

 Hello all

 I hope everyone's safe and well and coping with the boredom of being in lockdown.

 I'm now a fan of the death metal band Advent Sorrow (K alas is not).

 Not a huge fan of the new Pearl Jam I have to say, it has yet to grab me and I can't even get to the end of the album.

 Lockdown is dull but Honey and K are making me smile.

 Here's photo of some old doodles, I'll be posting more of these as the days progress.

It was an Afghan Whigs sort of day

 Evening all

 My delightful K is battling a horrid cold/flu/death thing (the things people will do to win a bet is frankly astonishing) and I'm watching A Quiet Place which I have to say is a rather fantastic film.

 I needed a little bit of the Whigs today as I attempted to rough out the first page of the Harriet comic, I got close but not quite close enough.

 Footy has been cancelled until April, but who really knows for how long it'll be shut down for.

 Hope everyone stays warm and safe.

No burgers!!!

 Hello all!

 Long walk with Honey and todays music was by Voodoo Six, its quite a corking album and just right for walking across the sunlight fields howling at a misbehaving hound from hell.

 I laughed when I found out my little sis fed my dad some chili flavoured soup which was so hot it nearly blew his running socks off! Dad only likes chocolate or plain food.

 The below page was done several years ago and I've just found it mis-labelled in another folder (apparently I'm a dufus!!!). As always I have to give a huge shout out to Sean Calahan the colourist who always recues my scribbles with his bold colour choices. I hate colour.

 Hi all

 You all look quite delicious (K especially).

 Today has so far consisted of, cutting open a finger, cracking my head on a shed and getting slightly lost with K's new hound from hell Honey!

 Now about to re-rough an old comic as its possible a publisher is interested.

 Eating mini sausage rolls and contemplating a bit of Mindkult.
