Got the final digital copy of Abyssal Albion today and from what I've seen it looks a corker (even Gary liked it)!
The ever enchanting K did a very funny thing today which made me laugh.

I'm looking forward to getting my copy. Really pleased that Tom's excited to have his first ever comic out in world, he happily spent the day filling envelopes and waiting in the post office. Hopefully the backers will receive their copies in the upcoming days.
In other news LFC won 3 - 0 to beat their own record for games unbeaten at Anfield. Six first team regulars out with injury and we easily dominated the Foxes.
I need some new paper and it looks like I'll be doing Plainer Jane #2 so I'd better get cracking as I still have Todd's episode 1 pages to do.

I'm waiting for the LFC game to kick off and for the ever wonderful (but ever so messy) K to get out of the kitchen so that I can make some chili burgers.
Been a quiet day.
Lots of Stabby corrections to do (14) so I may do some of those to pass the time.
Enjoyed this doodle, I'm trying to loosen up and not have my characters so stiff.

and just a huge relief to me.
Firstly Sa was released from hospital sore but happy to be going home.
Secondly the Ginger beast that is Honey had her bandages off and was able to show the world her scar. Only the mid-way point with her but signs are positive.
And a third bit of good news but obviously overshadowed by the previous two Abyssal Albion ha been submitted to Comixology! With any luck people will be able to see it on a wider scale. Who knows we may even see an #2.
Its going to be an early night for me, a little reading and some fizzy straws followed by a deep snooze.

So I've just been chatting to Tom who's excited to get the comic submitted to as many companies as possible. I'm delighted that he's as pleased with the final thing as he is. This is the last full page that I had to do, just a handfull of panels left and then it'll be onto the next project.

So the delightfully wayward Honey seems to be coping quite well with life in a crate (we let her out all the time and if K and I are working in the study she comes in there with us).
Here's some of todays ink. Only one full page left and a smattering of panels and Tom's comic is complete. Its been the best comic that I've worked on so far and I'm surprised to say the good pages outnumber the poor. It really has been a joy to work on this so cheers Tom. Hoping to sell it through comixology.
The ever delightful K is still ever delightful and she says 'Hello'

So I wanted to watch something that made me smile.
The stinker returns to us tomorrow with her foot screwed together. Its been a very sad weekend without her.
