Sold three copies!

  Hello all!

 So after a hectic day of doing nothing, okay so I got a chair for the ever so delightful K, saw Rob and basically ignored P and chatted to a lady with blue bic eyebrows. But the big news is of course we sold three copies of the new Abyssal Albion comic! Someone has even requested #4 for their pull bag!

 Shocking news I know. So excited by the news I got in touch with several other comic shops to see if they'd stock the comics. Hopefully we'll get one or two yeses and we can start to build up the audiencefor the last two issues and trade.

5 Years!

  Morning all.

 So the ever beautiful K and I celebrated 5 years together yesterday! We celebrated by doing some gardening and hanging out. Yep we're rockstars that way.

Lazy Sunday for me.

  Hello all.

 After a very wet early morning wander with the gal I crawled back into bed (alas the delightful K refused to join me), to get warm where I decided to spend the rest of the day. I have to say it's been glorious and I've loved every minute.

 My delightful K was rudely awoken by Honey, so they're out on an adventure.

CRIMSISTERS! Still live on Kickstarter

 Hello all.

 It's raining and I've yet to make a start on the day (the 3/4 of a page that I've inked doesn't count). I have however been playing with the toning tube that my beautiful K got for me yesterday. We had a power outage so ambled off for a KFC and mooch round some stores. Thankfully we have all the power back and were able to play around making some reels this morning.

Crikey, it's been awhile!

  Hello all.

 It's terribly sunny and frosty, we had a lovely wander this morning waving at other dog walkers and farmers while chatting to chums on the phone.

 So the below page is something from a short 10 page comic that I'm working on for a new client. Thankfully he likes what I'm doing so that's good. The final 5 pages are where all the action takes place so I'm eager to et to those.

 Anyway have a lovely day, I'm off for another smoothie and to annoy the delightful K who's working from home today.

An exciting start to the week

  Hello all.

 So I got a flat tire yesterday so went to get a new innertube and then ruined it putting the air in! There may have been some swearing.

 Had a great drawing day and I'm hoping that continues tomorrow and the enchanting lady K finally started T's colours. M got in touch with a delightful video of Honeypot, we're all delighted with how it came out.

 Here's a couple of A5 roughs that can be increased to A3 so that i don't have to keep redrawing the page out.

Quiet day

  Morning all.

 Watching a Netflix doc in a cold house and trying to decide what to do with my day. The 360grm paper from the printer works a treat but alas the the 400+ grm is a little too thick. 

 The wonderful K and I watched a couple of episodes of Next in Fashion last night and it was a rather lovely way to end the day.

 Enjoy a lovely weekend.

Rebuffed!

  Morning all.

  Hope you all have a wonderful end to the week. I'm spending my day doodling with a quick trip to the printers today. I've discovered a way to make my workflow quicker and I'm eager to try it out on a couple of projects.

 Also hoping the comp copies of AA#3 turn  up so I can get them into the shop for the weekend.

 The beautiful K maybe colouring today and she's promised to show me her process.
