Sat' doodling

  Morning all.

 Here's a mock up for a CRIMSISTERS #2 page which I did last night. I drew it full page and on several layers, it was as quick as my doodles on paper. I'm really starting to enjoy using the tablet, I sketch out all my pages in red pencil and that has carried over to the digital pages (yep it's red, very red).

 Had a lovely wander with Honey this morning and bumped into the lady whose dogs we spent last week walking AND then I bumped into Denise who gave me a pack of Kit Kats for helping her walk said dogs.

 Right I'm off to finish off last nights doodles for a meeting with T this evening.

 My beautiful K is finally settling into life back with her family and seems to have taken another dog under her wing I haven't told Honey for fear of heartbreak.

Big walk this morning

  Hello all!

  The hooch and I had a rather lovely stroll this morning, we didn't see anyone which is sometimes  just what we need.

  This is another page done using sketchbook pro amongst pencils, pens and paper. I'm excited to try and figure everything out computer wise, I have a sample version of clip studio which I need to get started on learning how to use it.

 So the ever so beautiful K seemed to have a splendid day yesterday with her family, miss the stinker!

Hello all

  Afternoon all.

 So my delightful K has finally landed back home to spend the summer with her family after a nightmare of a journey. So Honey and I are just miserable and mooching around the fields and house.

 Anyway here's a fully digital page, I still feel its a strange way to work but I'm going to give it a go. There's still loads of scraps of paper being scanned and then digitally inked over. Still waiting to hear from the client but hopefully he likes it. I think that the inks are slightly heavy but I'm quite happy with it.

Great start to the week

  Hello all!

  So I had to start and draw more pages for a newish project that with one thing and another has been left sitting for a few weeks. Anyway I tried sketching things out in Sketchbook Pro and I have to say I loved doing the perspective doodles which have been killing me, then adding other panels on top. 

 I'll ink it by hand but I think this will help me out with time and speed, quick roughs BOOM there you go.

 Uh oh looks like rain and we're helping walk three loons in the morning.

 It's a lazy Sunday morning for me followed by working on a couple of projects. The beautiful K had the fan blasting all night so I haven't had a great nights sleep so I'll start slow today.
