K's new coat! WOW!

  Hello all

 Had an excellent day and even managed to doodle 3/4 of a page.

 The evermore delightful K worked from home and spent most of the day distracting me. We even helped move a piano this morning.

  I'm not a fan. I do however like K so I wandered along to keep her company. 3 Hours at an ear-splittingly loud volume and yet some of the dioluge was mumbled!!

 Anyway here's a doodle that K did and that I threw some heavy black ink over. I was happy to help as it was just a photocopy.

  Sorry for the lack of updates lately, the last week has been spent coughing up my lungs thanks to a stinky cold! I tried to draw for the first time this week and it went horribly!

 The ever wonderful K bought me some sweets and part of a tooth fell out. That's the way my week has been going I guess.

It's raining!

  Hello all

 As my time up north comes to a close what better way than to celabrate with some lashings of rain! Just got back from our morning wander round the graveyard with Murf's and me dad and the rain started, and it was delightful.

 The ever glorious K saw a stag this morning!! A stag!! Thankfully Honey and said beast just had a quick gallop and no harm came to either furry. I want to see a stag.

  The photo below is me changing the agreed page layout of an upcoming Honeypot page. I may have to show the panels to the client before inking them as he may like the original basic talking heads panels more (boring).

  So there was a bit of confusion with the page sizes! Turns out the ever lovely K had somehow changed the canvas size to in some cases 00. The printer laughed and was a real gent to deal with and I'll happily go back.

 So the ever delightful K is also an incredibly talented comic book colourist and has added her magic touch to my latest comic making it far better than it ought to be.

 I'm off to the printers to get them printed then onto my mate Robs where he can have a look and tell me how K is far too good for me!! (the swine)

 Apparently Honey is out with her mate Beamish all loved up.

Outpost 2 was enjoyable

 After a long wait Rob managed to track down a copy of Outpost 2 and I have to say I had a blast watching it (not sure the delightful lady K would agree). Huge thank you to the young lady who loaned us the DVD.

Late stat to the day

  A sleepy hello all today. 

 Got a late start on the day today due to not getting much sleep last night. I'm currently icing my knee and reading the remaining script pages for Abyssal Albion #2. 

 Rob has in his sticky little fingers Outpost 2! Very excited to see if its any good, the delightful lady K and I watched a shite film last night which Paul had the audacity to try and defend! Wanker!

Hmm, new pain in my knee

  A very sunny hello all today!

 After a rather lovely wander with honey this morning (we met a very grumpy Mrs Beamish), I seem to have hurt my knee. Its an odd pain just below the knee its self and I'm currently on the bed icing it.

 I inked a couple of pages yesterday and I'm about to have a crack at one today, I'm excited as it could be a good one.

 Just bought new wellys for tomorrows wander. Honey made a new friend this morning and we have a play date set for tomorrow morning. Apparently she had a splendid play with a couple of staffies last night, gutted not to be there for that.

 Tried to watch Hodds and Shaw last night and got to the 50 minute mark and had to switch it off!

 Had a fun time playing with this page and doodled up another today.

  I laughed when I saw what the delightful K had done with my pages. I often think my ink work is dull and unimaginative but with a few short brush strokes K has livened up my tat, giving it a bit more of a punk vibe!
